- I closed on a home that was in the Jumbo loan category during the Covid-19 pandemic. Alice stepped up to the plate and did some major work to not only make sure my home closed but closed on time. It was an uphill battle from the jump due to the restrictive lending requirements but between the additional appraisals, approving work on the punch list, walk-throughs to all the extra documents for bank approvals, and much more. - My wife and I recently closed on our dream house in Hunter's Creek Florida. Alice from start to finish was wonderful to work with. We were able to review about 15 to 20 properties and ended up putting an offer on a dream 4/2 in Hunter's Creek.
